Game: LAMO the Game released on Steam for PC (servers currently down)

Role: Creative Director

LAMO was a 3 part ecosystem featuring a vinyl figure + mobile app + game. Our team was responsible for all areas of this project which I worked on for 2 years. We partnered up with a talent management group working with top Twitch Streamers. I was involved in each area of this project from the vinyl figure design, to the app creative content and to running the creative on the full game. The game team consisted of about 25+ staff and myself leading the creative team of up to 15. The production timeline was very tight for being a game as a service with multiplayer + physics based destruction. The game launched in closed beta, where it remains currently, while it is being finished / ported to console + mobile. The vinyl figures sold in retail + online which connected to a free AR app. Through the app people could scan + activate their figures in AR.
